1. We will check clearly after receiving your detailed drawings.
2. If there is unclear information, will give you response
immediately. If there is no question, the quotation will be offered
within 24 hours.
3. If it is the new project for you, we can also provide some
valuable suggestions as your requests.
4. During the production, I will offer some photos or information
to let you know the progress.
5. Before finishing, I will confirm the address, shipping type,
delivery port and forwarder with you. If you have no forwarder, I
will introduce one.
6. The shipment information (shipping date, shipping time etc) will
be offered after arranging.
7. Before arriving, I will send an email to inform you, hope you
can arrange the customs clearance on time.
8. After checking the product quality, any question, please do not

A: Payment terms are flexible for us in accordance with specific
conditions. Generally we advise 30%TT deposit, balance before
shipment.

A: We will double confirm your requirements and send you the sample
for youe checking before the mass production. You will be kept
informed of any progress. And 100% quality inspection can be done
before shipment.
Q: How do I know about the delivery?
A: Tracking number will be provided to you once we get it from
shipping agent. Also we will keep updating the latest shipping
information for you.
Q: What will you do for after sales?
A: When our metal parts apply to your products, we will follow up
and await your feedback. Any question related to our metal parts,
